You really need two small screwdrivers and lever the switch forward a bit at a time until you can get the screwdriver in far enough to press the shoulders in.

Sorry we don’t have wiring diagrams (You could give Mira a ring)

However in as far as I can remember it doesn’t matter which way round they go, also they should fall naturally into position of the right connection.
