      I purchased the shower head holder for a 22mm triton rail. However, the holder would not hold on the rail when positioned. It slips down along the rail with the weight of the shower head.



      Showerdoc reply:

      As long as the head is the original Triton shower head for the shower it shouldt slip down the rail, If the head is a non manufacturer product and been changed in the past then you will find some holders will not hold the larger heads.

      Another point to look at is making sure the rail is the correct diameter EG: 18mm / 19mm / 20.4mm or 22mm. ( Measure accross the front of the rail or the hole in the slider where the rial fits through)

      Always make sure the adjuster is fully unscrewed before adjusting up and down the rail, failing to do so will cause the plastic to stress and the slider doesnt last as long.

      The holder originally supplied with our Triton T80si proved to be a poor design which was unreliable in use and quickly cracked rendering it useless.

      This replacement part although not as visually attractive as the original is nevertheless far superior and holds the showerhead securely without fear of breaking it in use. Much better by design. Recommended.       		Rating:

      Although the cost looks exspensive it does have to go along way after the the cost of the 1st class serivce is deducted, packaging is used and cost of time.
