Loss of pumped pressure

Hi there, recently suffered loss of pumped pressure from Aquastream. Pump is not running. Pretty sure it's a pump fault but wanted to rule out the transformer. We have 5V red to white, 20V red to black and 15V black to white but no manual to check these against.

Does this sound about right to you?

Thanks

Almost as the transformer is dual voltage 12v with a further 6v boosting it to 18v. If you are getting 20v I would suspect the motor/pump, but make sure you test the wiring loom first by pressing the small buttons on it.
