No power
You probably have had a leaking cartridge (Part 6) this willhave leaked down on to the wiring loom (Part 2) and shorted out the loom theseparts will have to be replaced.
To remove the case you need to pull the centre knob forward thenremove the screws from the inner knob, you will then find the two main casesecuring screws at the top and bottom of the case.

Make sure that you have power to the shower,then.
If the above is your shower, then remove #13 by just pulling forward, it may be tight, there are three screws on part #14 which you remove. #9 has a screw at the top and one at the bottom, the cover will then come off. Check to see if there is water damage to the part between #6 and #15, which is actually #3. You can replace #13 and see if the pump runs. Pressing the base of #3 upward may make the pump run. If so you may have a leak from the cartridge #6 which has damaged #3. Both should be replaced.
