No power but water is trickling through

The shower was working fine but has just stopped working, although water is still trickling through but with no force to it. I've taken the cover off and tried testing the circuit to see if power was still present but couldn't get the circuit tester to 'light up' (is there a cut off built in?).

I'm not sure what part I'm likely to need, is there anything you would suggest?

Many thanks

Sorry for the delay in replying.

You really have to look at three things

Is the transformer supplying power to the shower? (you need something that will read volts for this not a screwdriver)

Are the switches that allow the power to the motor working properly?

If the answer to both of the above is yes you should have power to the motor and the motor should work if it doesn’t then you have a faulty motor.
