Power at pump but pump won't run.
Aqualisa 97-03 model.
Red cable has 18v, white has 5v and black has nothing.
I have moved the base upwards #3 but there is no power change and the pump still does not run.
Help!!!
If you have power from the transformer then the most likely fault is the switch which is part of the loom assembly has become faulty.
The usual fault is the thermostatic cartridge starts to leak which is just above the switches and the water drops down and shorts out the switches.
