Water trickle

Replaced cartridge and turned on water tried shower worked fine but when I turn off pump a trickle of water still runs from shower head

Make sure the head is horizontal to the bath / shower tray and if this does not help then try refitting the cartridge, making sure all the "O" rings are fitted in the far end etc.
