Couldn't have been easier for a fella with basic DIY skills. Used Shower Doctor Q and A pages to identify a long-term leaking problem in my sister's mixer shower. Followed advice, ordered a replacement cartridge, next day delivery and completed the job within 36 hours. Not the first time either, have used the same site to repair two electric showers too. Saved the family a fortune. A great service, thanks.
