This question is regarding Aqualisa Quartz Electric - Shower Spares

Leak from end of hose

I heard a crack when removing the shower head from the stand. Water is now coming out of the hose at the bottom of the unit where the hose goes in. Is this a normal occurance? How do you get the front cover off to check? Thanks Kevin

Sounds like the pressure relief device has activated inside the shower and this will need replaced.

The screws are on the top and underneath
