Scalding hot water

Hi, I have a 10.5kw quartz which runs at too high a temperature. I've tried turning the temperature lower which would normally increase the water pressure but to no avail. Any ideas if a part would can be got or do I need to replace the whole unit. Regards michael

First check that the inlet valve to the shower is fully open and the hose and head are clear. If these are found to be ok then you will need a new engine.
