Excellent Service, Excellent quality.
At last we can have a decent shower. I was at first reluctant to buy because I thought it was rather pricey for a handset. However, I had already wasted money on cheap plastic versions, and wanted to get it right this time. I wanted a good quality metal version. The same as the one I already had which had been broken by a plumber.
I was delighted to see these exact replacement parts for my shower on your website, (Aqualisa previously sold as Hydralux) I needed the shower handset holder, the hose and the shower head.
What a difference it has made! It's like having a whole new shower fitted. The performance is fantastic, and good sturdy fittings, which look good as well.
If it wasn't for your website, and the excellent diagram (which not only confirmed that I had tracked down the correct parts, but it was very explanatory and numbered, so I knew exactly which parts to order). I would still be using cheap parts and having sub standard showers, now I really am getting the most out of it. The only negative is that it didn't come with instructions, and I find that it is difficult to adjust to the different settings, a knob of some kind would be useful.Thank you very much :)
