Bristan Slider Chrome

I was after a high quality slider bracket to match up with my heavy duty Bristan rail and valve, but to use with a new shower head. I rang The Shower Doctor re this part to query the quality and when I asked was it good quality and mostly metal I was told "Yes". Actually the part is all plastic and very light weight. It does work in that it holds the head and grips the rail but I suspect that it will not last very long. Probably about £20 overpriced for what it is.

Im unsure why the member of staff you spoke with led you to believe it was mostly metal as sliders we sell are mostly plastic, some manufactures do supply brass sliders but they are very expensive and not always the rail diameter you need.
We don't supply mixed sliders that are brass and plastic unfortunately.
