Tempature

we have a Bristan Artisan but have cold temperature fluctuation out even tho all taps in the house are hot and the part of the shower unit where the hot water enters the unit is very hot to the touch

Sounds like a faulty cartridge, but , to rule out the boiler, hold the hot inlet to the shower and check for temperature variations which would point to a cycling boiler. If this is not the case then below is the link to the cartridge,
