Needed this as a straight swap for a faulty diverter.
As always first class service and an extremely competitive price from the Shower Doctor...
...BUT...
...whilst this is easy to change for someone in the trade who has knowledge of such devices (such as myself) no instructions included by the manufacturers (Bristan) means getting to the part and removing it could be a bit problematic for some.
Yet another example of Bristan sub standard after sales service, not that one is really needed.
Such a shame to see a once reputable and customer satisfaction driven company failing miserably but that's solely their choice.
