When my Shower Force Mirage, (which must be at least 20 years old), stopped working I assumed the brushes were spent - like last time 8 years ago. A quick phone call and the new ones arrived the following day - at a price less than last time!
However, it turned out not to be the brushes but a leaking seal spraying water over the motor. Another quick call to the excellent service team suggested the Bristan 1000 as an almost identical replacement. The new unit arrived in perfect condition within 48 hrs and fitting was as easy as had been suggested. Thank you for your excellent and prompt service - there really is no need to look elswhere for anything shower related.
