Execellent delivery service; I assume it came by air-freight to the south of England, it came 19hours after ordering, and I didn't pay extra for quick delivery. I chose to purchase this unit after advice given to me on the phone by your spares dept, and your price was best. The pcb on my old watermill had failed and spares unavailable. This Bristan 1000xt was easy to fit, some re-tiling needed, and I got a retired electrician to check out the safety aspect because the 240v system concerned me. I did fit a rcd into the circuit. The water power is superb and less time is needed when showering. I am not a plumber, just a retired signwriter..
