The power shower unit was received well within the estimated time for delivery, thank you. Upon installation, the plumber could not get the unit to work (turn-on). Electricity supply was checked, and it was established that power was available to the unit. After lengthy (and expense, since the plumber charges by the hour) investigation, it was established that the on-off push button had a loose (broken) connection. The plumber managed to solder the connection, and the unit then worked perfectly. Now that it is running it is a good product and produces a wonderful shower experience, although the faulty on-off button cost me an estimated additional £30 in the plumbers charges..
