Excellent shower but contents missing

Shower was purchased to replace an identical 9-year old Showerforce unit to avoid plumbing work. Previous shower was excellent so see no reason for this one not to be. I bought another white unit, but be aware this can go yellowy after a few years, (one of the reasons for a new one).
Problem on delivery was one key part was missing, the soap dish on the shower rail. This forms the rail lower fixing to the wall. In addition, the upper trim piece was in chrome although the rail is in white (there are two versions, white and chrome).
Shower Doctor handled the problem very well, and parts were sent out straightaway from Bristan except for the soap tray, which is apparently not available until April, but an alternative fixing was sent. Shower is now installed and working as of 14th March. I just want the soap tray to arrive and all will be well.
