Brilliant service, goods by very quick postal service.
BUT oh dear the little serated plastic ring ( DO NOT REMOVE) dropped out when I removed the old cartridge. The fitting instructions don't mention that! An hour and a half later using a thermometer and controlling my language I got it back to the right position ( or nearly only 2 degrees out!)
