I recently rated Shower Doctor with a 2 star rating due to recieving a seal kit which actually made my shower leak a lot worse, and when I tried to contact them for help, I couldn't get a reply... It appears I was choosing the wrong option when I phoned them. Soon after the review, I received a call, and another kit was promptly sent out, which failed as badly as the first. I have since returned the first kit as requested, together with my original seals ( for comparison), a copy of my shower manual and a letter explaining the problem and hoped for help. A week later I've not had a reply.... For supplying parts I'd rate Shower Doctor 5 star,(very quick and efficient), but due to feed back/support I can only uprate my original rating to a 3 star
