I ordered this part after 4pm and it arrives within 24 hours. My plumber did not know what part I needed so I took some photos and sent them in. A day later had a response that this was the right part, even though there we no identification marks, make or model number on the old part.
The shower is back fully working now - the thermostatic control had been getting tighter and tighter over the years and now its better than ever.
Apparently the manufacturer has gone into liquidation - perhaps I should order another whilst its still available!
