Great service from Shower Doctor but disappointed with Crosswater

This item was to replace a part no longer made by Crosswater so it is not an exact match for the part we needed but it went in easily & the tap is no longer dripping! (It is 2mm too long but as this is the only option available we have to put up with the hot tap protruding which shows when you look at how close the cold side fits) Annoyed that spares are not available for taps still under guarantee!
