Rang up for part two days before Christmas. Was told and quite expected part to arrive after Christmas. Instead the part arrived at 11am Christmas Eve. What a shame it will take weeks before the plumber is available to fit it. My previous Crosswater Thermostatic Cartridge only lasted 2 years which I was told was due to hard water corrosion on a shower that is in a guest bathroom so used irregularily.
