Quick service, ordered Tuesday just before Xmas, arrived Thursday. Only failing was DPD driver who left package at neighbour without leaving a card saying he'd delivered it. Luckily the DPD site e-mailed to say it had been delivered so I just had to logon to find out to whom it had gone.
Cartridge was a straight replacement and Customer is happy.
