Replacement for Bathstore Metro Exposed Shower Valve

Bought this to replace the cartridge in a Bathstore Metro exposed thermostatic shower that failed in under 4 years. This valve seems better quality in that the knurled nut which the spanner grips to insert remove the cartridge is brass rather than plastic as on the original part. Anyway, it did the trick and we can now have nice hot showers again. Will wait and see how long this one lasts, but first impressions are good.
