Existing shower was only supplying cold water , local Bathstore suggested a new cartridge, finally found out that Crosswater supplied the original and this excellent website provided 2 choices , if I had read the reviews more closely I would have chosen the correct one first time , quick phone call to customer services and a new was sent arriving next day. All fitted and shower back to working order ( please note that you have to reuse the brass spacer piece and rubber washer ) and new one does not have splines to locate plastic temperature setting washer.
