I ordered my new shower hose one afternoon and it arrived at 9.30 a.m. the following morning. This was with normal delivery charge. I was extremely impressed and will recommend shower doctor to friends. I also found the short on line video on how to fit a shower hose very useful. Thank you Shower Doctor
