galaxy aqua 3000 post 2000

when i turn shower on no lights come on, but cold water comes out. if i turn on the water tap in the basin then off quickly next to the shower the power light comes on for 1 second but then goes out and does not reset . both lights stay out

I think you have a pressureproblem.<o:O:P></o:O:P>

<o:O:P> </o:O:P>

The things to check first are.

1 That the main valve coming into your house is fully open.

2 Then check that the valve on the line to the shower is fully open.

If these valves are not fully open then there may not be enough water
getting to your shower open / close the safety device that allows powerthrough to the elements<o:O:P></o:O:P>
