Thanks for such a prompt response, fantastic, clear, easy to navigate site. Ordered the part on Thursday evening and received it Saturday morning and that was just standard delivery. I'm not a plumber so I had no idea what the defective part was, the website made it easy to identify what I needed. I will definitely use Shower Doctor again.
