The image displayed on the web site is inaccurate. The device did not have a trailing tube nor did it come with the sealing O-ring.
That said, i call the sales line who were very helpful and identified that this was the cause of the fault on my shower. I ordered there and then and received it within 48 hours.
My shower is now fixed and working again!
