Replaced a thermostat so replaced seals at the same time with this kit. Allow a good 2 hours to complete the job, and come armed with considerable patience. Video very helpful, although closer up shots would help, and one section toward end is off camera (only notice it when you have the shower in pieces!) One seal in the shower is nigh on impossible to change (bad shower design, not kit design). Only slight niggle is that it is a bit stingy on the grease (a tiny amount not as shown in photo) but just about enough for the job. After completion the seals returned our shower to it's powerful original self, total transformation after 15 years use.)
