I used the technical forum after being advised by a plumber to purchase a new cartridge for my shower at a cost of £120!!
Thankfully I was advised by shower doctor to fit a seal service kit instead. The kit arrived promptly and was reasonably easy to fit following the instructions in my shower manual.
The advice and shower seal has fixed the problem that my shower would not run warm AND saved me approx £105 versus purchase of the new cartridge. Thanks for good advice and customer service
