Great service from start to finish. I didn't know the make or model of our shower, and was trying to find a replacement cartridge. Shower doc identified the cartridge and recommended a service kit, a saving of over £100. The recommendation came with a comprehensive video which was very easy to follow. Thank you, we now have a working shower again :)
