Called about a problem with my shower (no flow). The problem was quickly diagnosed by a friendly member of staff and the correct part was dispatched & received the next day. The diagnosis was spot-on and the issue was sorted. I was also given advice how to fit the part and stop the problem recurring again with my particular model.



HIGHLY recommended - will use again !
