No water flow when switching on the shower. Looked on Shower doctor website and found a video instruction on how to test and replace the solenoid coil. The video was informative and easy to follow. I found that my solenoid coil was not working, so I ordered a replacement which arrived the following day. It took me about 10-15 mins to fit the new part which worked fine. Overall excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend to others.
