Good Service but No Manual

Reviewed 8 years ago by Richard Wallis
I can't complain about the service, the Kit was delivered in about 4 days and was well packed and complete.... complete, that is, except for a manual. As far as I can see this site is not aimed at the trade only so those of us who are amateur plumbers want to be pretty sure that we are not going to run into major problems before we fork out 150 quid. I scoured the site and looked at other customers' questions and found an exploded view of the shower controls. I have an engineering background and a reasonable amount of plumbing experience but I could not easily identify all the components. Luckily I found the original Trevi Boost installation manual on the Trevi site and was able to identify the differences and deduce what went where. Come on ShowerDoctor, it would take an experience plumber an hour to write a simple step-by-step guide. You could do a YouTube video in half a day; why not provide your customers with some support?
