Mira advance leak

Hi, my Mira Advance is leaking at the junction under the inlet clamp (item 17) I have inspected the o ring which seems intact and not damaged, should it be as simple as replacing it, or is the flow valve likely to be the cause?

I have found that this is sometimes caused by the plastic in this area deforming enough to cause a leak and nothing can be done to fix it in that case.
