Reordered it from the details from last year. Rather disappointed that the part only lasted a year.
However your service was excellent again and it arrived the next day. Thank you

Thank you for taking the time to review this item and your repeat order.
It would seem you may have an underlying issue which caused your Thermal cut out TCO to fail the first time round.
This particular item is a safety device and should activate if the shower over heats. If you are experiencing the shower cycling hot / cold then this could be the problem.
Normally this device will activate and reset after about 15 - 20 mins once the shower has cooled however it will eventually fail completely.
See some possibilities to why this would happen below:
Lack of water pressure to the shower
Cold water mains stop tap not fully open
leak inside the shower
Melting wires on the elements or terminal block
If you find that all the above are checked and ok , then it sounds like you might have a faulty flow valve in the shower causing the shower to over heat.
If the shower starts to overheat and this TCO activates again , please come back to us for advice to save this item failing again.
