After using the FAQ to diagnose the problem (controls very stiff) and identifying the exact model required, I ordered the part. It arrived within a day or two and was fitted without a hitch. Just turn the water supply off, remove old part and fit new part. Sealing rings were provided as standard. It was recommended that a touch of silicone grease should be applied to aid insertion.A job that can easily be tackled by non-experts. Very good service all round.
