Noisy shower

I had a Mira Elite QT supplied & fitted a few months back. It was noisier than my old shower so the guy swapped it for another one. This one quieter but nothing like 75% quieter.
Now the motor on the second one is pulsing every now & then. This makes the water change temperature. Never again. It will be a Triton next time
I'd give it 0 stars if possible
