Not a quiet shower at all and now it's cracked

I had this shower installed a few months ago. I was never really impressed with the noise it made and it's getting louder by the day. It's definitely louder than my old shower. Now I've noticed that the shower itself is cracking in 6 separate areas. I wouldn't recommend this shower at all.
