Identifying the correct replacement parts is made very easy with detailed diagrams and photographs of specific showers. Delivery of the part was within 24 hours of placing the order. Telephone support provided a very quick and clear answer to a technical question. The video instruction for replacing the MIRA mixer valve showed exactly what to do and what to expect. This has made what I envisaged to be a complex repair, a relatively simple DIY operation, with significant cost saving.
