Replacement of Existing Mira Sport 9.0kW Shower

Is this new shower a direct replacement for the previous generation Mira Sport 9.0 kW shower? I don't want to modify the plumbing at all and preferably don't want to drill new mounting holes.

The wiring and the plumbing are the same but one of the screw holes may need to be done again.
