Mira sport 9.0kw power light on but not workling

Hi we had this problem and was told we needed a new pcb. Bought another identical shower and replaced it today same problem. Light on at shower, press button and the light goes off. Can it be something else causing the problem? Thanks

Check that the wall/ ceiling switch does not have any loose wires and that you are getting 230-240v at the shower.
