Very happy with the Mira Vigour

I have replaced my 10 years old Mira Essentials with the Mira Vigour. Very pleased with the improvements in quietness, ease of control. Removal of the old Essentials was difficult because the push-fit h/c couplings had become frozen onto the copper inlet pipes. Not wishing to disturb or damage the copper inlet pipes (here is a tip), I used a soldering iron to melt the push-fit couplings along their axes in order to release them. My only negative criticism of the Vigour is the poor fitting of the blanking plates.
