mira zest post 2003 cuts out

Hi, I have just bought a new mira zest 8.5 kw shower, the problem is after a few minutes of running it just cuts out and stops. I had this with a mira go which was a few years old, so decided to replace it. Now the same thing is happening to this one.

Pretty certain it is not a shower fault.

 

When you say it cuts out could there be a problem with your water supply?

 

Could your isolator switch be overheating?

 

Is the fuse tripping?

No the fuse isn't tripping, that's fine. I need to replace the isolator switch as it is stuck permanently on, could this be the problem?
