Delivery

Delivery in the UK Mainland is quoted when you place your order. The cost is dependent on the order value. If the order value is less than £40 the delivery charge is £3.50 and will normally be dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail PacketPost.  Orders greater than £40 are sent by courier at a cost of £5.95, this rate gets you a Next Working Day service.  Order values of £150 and above receive Free Next Working Day Delivery.  Their are however a few exceptions to the above rates as listed below:

UK islands, e.g. Isle of Wight , Jersey , Isle of Jura, etc.

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

Parts of the Scottish Highlands

Many of our smaller products are dispatched via Royal Mail and will not incur any surcharge. Larger items (e.g. Showers and Shower Pumps) delivered to the above areas may incur an additional delivery charge. If this is the case then a member of our sales team will contact you to discuss the various options before the item is dispatched to you.

If the item you have ordered is in stock and the order is placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday then we will under normal circumstances dispatch the order on the same day. Subsequent delivery times are usually between 1-3 working days. For guaranteed next day delivery service please contact one of our sales team.

Please do not arrange to have a tradesman on site until after your goods have arrived and you have checked them (We will not pay your tradesman's costs in the event that the item is damaged in transit or not suitable for any reason).

Dependant on the products you order we will send the items by one of the following methods: Royal Mail, Parcelforce or FedEx UK. When the item is dispatched you will receive an email with full details.
