This the third time I have had to replace this part in 4 or 5 years. The two claws that grip the slide rail crack and fail.
For this latest replacement, there was no instruction (the spring had to taken out and seated). The "adjustable" holder for the shower head is far too stiff. I will have to warn other users not too try to adjust it as I am pretty sure that would lead to yet another failure of the claws.
