The slider arrived in good time, well packed but obviously not checked over. It had been put together extremely badly and the spring inside the slider was not lined up properly. Luckily my husband took the slider apart, realigned the spring and then it fitted OK. Not impressed. Assume it was assembled in Italy! However, it is fine now, so no complaints I guess, although if there was not a good DIY'er in the house I would have had to send it back.
