Having spoken to the manufacturer who advised a replacement shower was required we looked further into the problem via shower doctor. The thermal cut out was a potential option so worth a go. Delivered in time, good value and really good useful instructions (incl photos) were excellent! Thank you, it worked first time and no replacement shower required! I’ll definitely be using shower doctor again.
